  1. Navigate to the User portal's left navigation and select "Create > Appointment."

  3. External contacts, unlisted contacts, or internal staff can be added as attendees.

Upon completion, the appointment is created, and the appointment page is displayed.


Creating Appointments from Contact Pages:

  1. Open the page for the contact participating in the appointment.

  2. From the More (three-dot) menu, select "Create appointment."

  3. Fill in the meeting details in the New Appointment window.

  4. Include additional external contacts, unlisted contacts, or internal staff if necessary.

Once created, the appointment page is displayed.


Viewing Appointment List:

Users can easily access all appointments in a list view on the Appointments landing page. Here's how:

  1. In the User portal, navigate to the left navigation and select "Appointments."

  2. Users have the flexibility to switch between Upcoming and All appointments views.

  3. The list also encompasses draft appointments for comprehensive oversight.


Additionally, the availability of selected attendees' time slots is displayed, enabling users to schedule appointments seamlessly without conflicts.
